Welcome!!

Welcome to the Lighthouse youth ministry blog!!!  This is a place for you to put your thoughts and questions related to the scripture reading.  You can put prayer requests and know that people  will be praying for you.  Also, we would love to hear the answers to prayer as God provides them.  This is your forum, a place for you to ask, answer, and grow closer to God individually and as a community.

    I thought it was really neat how Joseph trusted the angel and just obeyed. Before the dream he was having second thoughts about marrying Mary, but after the dream he didn't ask questions. He just did what the angel said. I know that sometimes when God is leading me to do something, I'll start to ask why or I'll hesitate for a little while or sometimes I decide to do things my own way. I should put my trust in God and just obey like Joseph did.

    I think so too. It must have been so hard! It also must have been hard on Mary. The ridicule you know. Being pregnant before marriage. They just didn't know.

    I think so too.I love the part when Joseph woke up from his dream. He did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him to do. It is very hard for me to trust in God last year. I learned to trust in God this year and still working on it. =)
